We provide common vaccinations for adults and children, and we can verify overseas vaccination records and submit them to Singapore’s National Immunisation Registry (NIR). Here is when you might need this and how it works.

When NIR submission is needed

NIR submission is often required for children applying for a Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or school admission. ICA and MOE require proof of diphtheria and measles vaccination for certain applications. If your child was vaccinated overseas, those records need to be verified and entered into the NIR before they count.

What we do

  • Review your existing records. Overseas records are accepted; bring an English translation if they are in another language.
  • Verify and submit the records into the NIR, usually completed the same day.
  • Give any vaccinations still needed, such as MMR, influenza, COVID-19, hepatitis B and tetanus.
  • Offer serology (blood) testing as an alternative proof of immunity, commonly for hepatitis A, hepatitis B and measles.

What to bring

  • Original vaccination records or certificates (with an English translation if needed)
  • The child’s or applicant’s passport
  • Any letter from ICA, MOE or the school stating what is required

How long it takes

Record review usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, and vaccinations are quick. NIR submission is typically completed the same day.
