Student's Pass, LTVP & PR Medical Examination (ICA)
Applying for a Student's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP / LTVP+) or Permanent Residence? ICA requires a medical report as part of the application, completed and signed by a registered Singapore doctor.
We complete the entire ICA medical examination in one visit. Consultation, blood test and chest X-ray are all done on-site, and your signed report is ready the same day so you can proceed with your application without waiting.
Who this is for
- Student's Pass applicants (university, polytechnic, private school admissions)
- Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP and LTVP+) applicants: spouses, parents and children of residents
- Permanent Residence (PR) applicants asked by ICA to submit a medical report
- Dependant Pass holders who need a medical examination
What the exam includes
- Doctor consultation and completion of the ICA medical report form
- HIV blood test. Only the HIV test and chest X-ray are required, unless your IPA letter asks for more
- Chest X-ray for tuberculosis screening, done on-site
- Signed and stamped medical report ready for submission to ICA
Everything is done in our clinic, including the chest X-ray. No second trip needed.

How long it takes
- Your visit
- Around 20–40 minutes for the full examination.
- Results
- Your signed ICA medical report is ready the same day, by 10pm at the latest.
