Domestic Helper Medical Examination (incl. 6ME)
Migrant domestic workers (MDWs / FDWs) in Singapore need a full medical examination when they first arrive, and a six-monthly medical exam (6ME) every six months after that, as required by MOM.
We make this simple for both employers and helpers. Your helper can come on her own, and our staff are trained to explain every step clearly and respectfully. Results are ready the same day and the MOM form is completed and signed before she leaves, or sent to you once ready.

What the exam includes
- The tests MOM requires for that 6ME cycle, such as pregnancy and syphilis screening. After two years of employment, MOM may also require a chest X-ray and HIV test
- Full medical examination for new helpers: blood test, chest X-ray, blood pressure, eye test, urine test and a full examination by an accredited doctor, all on-site
- Doctor consultation, where your helper can ask questions at any time
- Completed and signed MOM medical examination form
Everything is done in our clinic, including the chest X-ray. No second trip needed.
What to bring
- Helper's original passport and Work Permit card
- The 6ME letter or medical examination form from MOM (if you received one)
- For new helpers: the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter
How long it takes
- Your visit
- A 6ME usually takes 15–30 minutes. The full examination for new helpers takes 20–40 minutes.
- Results
- Same-day results: consultations before 10.30am have results by 3pm, and consultations before 5pm have results by 10pm. We notify the employer as soon as the form is ready.
