Vaccinations & National Immunisation Registry (NIR) Records
We provide common vaccinations for adults and children, and we can verify overseas vaccination records and submit them to Singapore’s National Immunisation Registry (NIR).
NIR submission is often needed for children applying for a Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or school admission, as ICA and MOE require proof of diphtheria and measles vaccination for certain applications. Bring your records and our doctor will review, verify and upload them.

What the exam includes
- Doctor review of existing vaccination records (overseas records accepted; bring a translation if not in English)
- Verification and remote submission of records into the National Immunisation Registry (NIR)
- Administration of any vaccinations that are still needed, such as MMR, influenza, COVID-19, hepatitis B and tetanus
- Serology (blood) testing as an alternative proof of immunity, commonly for hepatitis A, hepatitis B and measles
Everything is done in our clinic, including the chest X-ray. No second trip needed.
What to bring
- Original vaccination records or certificates (with an English translation, if applicable)
- The child's or applicant's passport
- Any letter from ICA, MOE or the school stating what is required

- Your visit
- Usually 15–30 minutes for record review; vaccinations are quick.
- Results
- NIR submission is typically completed on the same day.
